发生情景

当流浪者完成一篇条目的撰写并发布到 全室公共数据库General Public Database 时，其电脑将被强制进入 Backdoor 论坛内一个仅供撰写者回复并查看的线程，并且撰写者本人将被囚禁于所处的空间的大约 4 平方米的区域内，且外界无法对其进行感知或者干预，这一状态将直至满足该异常 Backdoor 论坛线程内的异常用户所提出的针对文章的修改需求，这些需求通常是需要撰写者对其所撰写的条目进行大幅度的改动，包括但不限于：语法，虚假附录，偏离事实的添油加醋描述。

在满足所有的需求后，异常用户将会发出通知，并在发布文章后被解除囚禁状态：

“绿灯委员会认定您的文章满足我们对于后室文章的基础需求，切记，质量将大于数量，您已经获得我们的绿灯”。

在极端情况下，撰写者将无法满足异常信息的需求，这一情况的发生通常可能是由于所撰写的条目的根本趣味性不够，而由于撰写者本人在修改期间无法脱离其所在的区域，也无法被外界干预，陷入此类情况的撰写者将会死于脱水或者饥饿。

影响

该现象的影响使 全室公共数据库General Public Database 的写手必须拥有中级语文知识，并且拥有清晰的逻辑思考能力，但事故仍有发生，全室公共数据库General Public Database 的写手以及使用者正逐渐减少。目前后室中的团体正在“后室万维网” 内建立属于自己的数据库。
