Level C-450是后室C层群的第450层，场景命名法编号为场景-01.46-C，常被流浪者称作夜之都或夜空城。

夜城

本层级的环境同跑酷城类似，为总是处于夜间的现代高楼群，流浪者只会出现在高楼顶部或其顶部以下的某些结构而无法深入其中，且本层级任何建筑都无法被破坏。不同于该层的是，本层级可供落脚的建筑更加少且位置分散，致使流浪者们难以相互接触。

Level C-450总是处于刮风状态，风力在6-8级不等，会使流浪者感受到明显的阻力。向下望去时，流浪者会发现自己脚下是耀眼的各色霓虹灯光。在对流浪者的采访中发现，他们对于其下的环境并无恐惧，取而代之的是一种迷茫感；有些流浪者则并无反应，这类流浪者多为后室源生人类。

根据无人机的探测，本层级多数可落脚的建筑被发现为仿前厅地标建筑，目前发现的包括:被拉长的白宫圆顶部结构，高度为原建筑数倍的帝国大厦、东方明珠电视塔上球体及其下三根明显被拉长的立柱等1。这些建筑的共同特点是只可观测到部分结构，无人机试图下降观测时会被未知电信号干扰导致失控，而通过坠落切出的流浪者则表示自己因被霓虹灯光干扰以致无法辨认。

建筑内楼道，单调乏味

若流浪者通过切出等方式进入建筑内部，他们首先遇到的便是只由类似水泥材质预制板构成的楼梯间，不知来源的光源勉强照亮它们。顺着楼梯向下或是深入建筑，无论该建筑外观如何，人们都只能看到重复且大小不一的水泥毛胚房；尽管并不是无限延伸的封闭结构，但它们单调得除了结构外并无它物，建筑内的任何窗户除了夜空外也没有任何景物，这样的建筑内部与它的外部完全不一致，但它反映了后室人类对于前厅建筑的一无所知。

根据The Leaders的部分记录，在百年前本层级的建筑内部似乎存在丰富内设，该组织曾经在此建立了前哨及勘察队伍，本档案的大部分内容也来自于此。时过境迁，随着前厅来客的时代结束，这些所谓“现实人类的辉煌”已经没有存在的意义；后室对层级的潜移默化的影响最终导致了这场后室全境的前厅印记消除。

基地、前哨与社区

自前厅人彻底消失后，这一层级已几乎无人定居，仅仅有部分遗址存在；根据记录，本层级曾存在一个大型前哨以及数个社区，这表明本层级曾经确实可供人类生存，但如今它只是一个贫瘠且无开发价值的层级。

入口与出口

入口
  • 在不安之都中出现的仿前厅地标建筑物的顶部一跃而下便可来到本层级。
  • 疯人废墟有时会出现深不见底的大洞，跳入其中即可来到本层级。
  • 偶尔的，本该通向庇护所的城市模型会在被切入后通向本层级，此出入口风险极大。
出口
  • 直接从建筑顶端跳下，你将在认为自己即将坠入下方五彩斑斓的城市时来到霓虹之都。
    • 曾有来自前厅的流浪者使用本方式切出后失踪，尽管该类事故已无报告，但使用该方式切出仍需谨慎。
  • 偶尔的，本层级会出现下雨的气候，此时跳下建筑会来到雨中
  • 切入任何形式的光源都有可能来到不昼城
