后室终极食谱注解修订版——滚烫汤面Hot noodle soup

Tom餐馆的当红菜品！
想要一种制作方便，无需热源，在诸如Level C-271这种寒冷的地方捧在手心还可以取暖的菜肴？如果你的答复是“是”，那么有请我们暖心暖胃还美味的——滚烫汤面！！！

• 所需食材：至少1000毫升汤（任意材料制成，甚至可以是只放了点酱油和味精的清水。温度控制在30摄氏度最佳。）、200克烫嘴拉面、牛肉、香菜、葱花等辅料（可选）

• 制作方法：

1. 准备一个容器，以足够放入汤和面条为准。将汤倒入容器中，其他食材放在一旁备用。
2. 将烫嘴拉面放入容器中，汤沸腾后加入食材。等待至烫嘴拉面变成米黄色。
3. 烫嘴拉面变色后，使用筷子或汤勺搅拌30秒至1分钟，随后冷却片刻即可食用。

咖啡黄油曲奇

由蛋糕大师=D倾情推荐的超棒饼干配方！咖啡与杏仁的香味交织，加上曲奇的香甜口感，无论是一个人在家享用精心准备的早餐，还是在午后咖啡厅静谧的角落捧书细读，这款甜点都将为您的生活增添别样的风味。

配料

重力黄油	62g
糖粉	50g
蛋白	22g
低筋面粉	80g
杏仁粉	35g
来自Level C-offee里售卖的后室咖啡套装的速溶咖啡粉	1小包
使用绒麦粉净化的开水	1/2小勺 （2.5ml）
来自Level C-372的龙坠香精	数滴

制作过程

1. 重力黄油切小块软化以后，加入糖粉打发至体积膨松，颜色稍变浅。
2. 分1～2次加入蛋白，继续打发，使重力黄油和蛋白完全融合。打发至混合物顺滑、细腻、膨松即可。
3. 把咖啡粉用1/2小勺开水溶解后，倒入打发好的重力黄油中，使用滴管滴入几滴龙坠香精。
4. 继续搅拌，成为均匀的咖啡黄油糊。
5. 低筋面粉与杏仁粉混合过筛，筛入打好的咖啡黄油面糊中，将面粉和黄油糊搅拌均匀。请确保面糊干湿适度，可以轻易从裱花嘴中挤出。
6. 使用裱花嘴在烤盘上挤出曲奇花纹，烤箱预热到约190摄氏度，烘烤10分钟即可。

「零卡」色拉（仅供参考）

配料

鲜蔬

消食莴苣（Object C-159-1）	40g
甘蓝（Object C-159-2）	30g
冰草（Object C-159-3）	10g
番茄（Object C-159-5）	20g
黄瓜	25g
洋葱	20g
青椒	20g
湛蓝萝卜	20g

色拉酱汁

盐	3g
沙拉油	25g
白胡椒粉	2g

I. 使用净水充分清洁「鲜蔬」，莴苣、甘蓝掰为不规则状，冰草掰小份，黄瓜切椭圆形薄片，湛蓝萝卜切圆形薄片，番茄切片（或角），洋葱切圈， 青椒去籽切圈。

II. 将经过处理的「鲜蔬」码放在盘内。

III. 将沙拉油与醋混合，再加入盐与白胡椒粉调匀。

IV. 将「色拉酱汁」摇匀，食用时浇在色拉上即可。

鲜甜糖醋酱汁炖肉

鲜甜糖醋酱汁炖肉（仅供参考）

食材：

1. 约400克罐装龙肉
2. 半根甜脆型湛蓝萝卜
3. 4勺黄豆
4. 盐少许
5. 400毫升蓝色杏仁水
6. 4片姜片，葱段少许
7. 2勺糖
8. 约半瓶盖油
9. 酱油（如果有）

制作过程

1. 黄豆前夜浸水，次日去皮并捣成糊状，加入糖备用。
2. 将罐装龙肉事先启封，加入温热蓝色杏仁水约80毫升浸泡半小时。
3. 放入盐少量，葱姜切碎放入碗内并密封腌制20分钟。湛蓝萝卜切片。
4. 将锅预热，倒油，放入黄豆糊及酱油烹煮至汁液呈褐色。
5. 将湛蓝萝卜倒入煮软。
6. 最后加入罐装龙肉焖熟即可。

功效：

驱寒暖身的最佳伴侣，虽然湛蓝萝卜的花青素容易在高温下快速分解，使其失去蓝色外观，呈白萝卜的无色状，不过鲜甜的品味依旧保留。您甚至可以将其茎叶部保留再烹饪一道美味的绿色菜肴！
